Beach stairs & handrails, down to Silver Beach
Washed-out, rotted steps down the dune, rebuilt with new stringers, treads and a solid handrail.
New treads on the cottage stairs
Cracked, rotted treads swapped for solid new lumber, so the whole run is safe to use again.
Rotted window trim rebuilt
Peeling, rotted casing and sill torn out and rebuilt with clean new trim, primed, painted and weather-tight.
Storm-downed tree cleared & yard reset
A big tree came down across the yard. We cut it up, hauled the brush, and put the whole space back together.
Commercial storefront: new automatic doors
A boarded-up store entrance fitted with brand-new automatic sliding glass doors. We do commercial work too, not just homes.
